Advantage Medical Staffing, Inc. is a Utah-based company that was started to address the needs of the Intermountain area. Advantage Medical was formed by nurses with nurses in mind.

We have a Director of Nursing who oversees all of the hiring, education and competencies of our staff, to assure that we have the most qualified and competent staff available.

We understand the variety of needs that healthcare professionals and facilities have.

For facilities, we offer both long-term and daily assignments. Our long-term assignments range from 4 weeks to 16 weeks. Our daily assignments offer an excellent advantage to those daily needs and can be cancelled if census changes. All assignments can be customized to meet your needs.

For our nurses we offer long and short term assignments to fit the needs and wants of your schedules. You can make a little more on daily assignments or have the security of a long-term contract. Either way you have a say in setting your schedule.

Our nurses work in a variety of areas including: Ortho, Telemetry, ER, ICU/CCU, Skilled, Rehab, Med/Surg units, and long-term care.
